Resolves YES if Bolt (the Estonian mobility company led by Markus Villig) has shares admitted to trading on any recognised public stock exchange before 1 January 2027.
Announcing an intention to IPO, filing a prospectus, or a private/pre-IPO share sale does NOT count; shares must actually begin public trading.
If no IPO has completed by 31 December 2026, resolves NO (not void).
