A probability source you can print.

The Record (vigfi.com) is a European play-money prediction league and open probability record: people put predictions on an immutable, timestamped public record and back them with points — no money, no odds, no cash value. That makes the crowd’s probabilities quotable where bookmakers and crypto markets aren’t: elections, football, economy, culture — without gambling optics, in EN/LV/ET/LT.

What you can do with it

  • Cite the number. “The crowd on The Record says 68% (n=41)” — attribution “The Record (vigfi.com)” with a link to the call page. Always quote the n we publish.
  • Chart the line. Every call has a full consensus history — JSON and CSV, one click from the call page or /api/v1/calls/<slug>/history.
  • Embed it live. A self-updating consensus widget for articles and live blogs — copy the snippet from any call page, docs at /developers.
  • Election nights. Big-number live formats for TV and live blogs — write to press@vigfi.com before the night; we’ll set the board up with you.

Why it holds up

  • Published, versioned methodology — the consensus formula, thresholds and scoring are public.
  • Sealed resolution criteria (sha-256 at creation) and an append-only points ledger, re-verified live on the trust page.
  • Sample size (n) disclosed on every figure; below 5 forecasters we never show a “crowd” number.
  • Stable permalinks — a cited call stays at its URL, and the record cannot be edited or deleted.
